Wheelhouse Credit Union Accounts Payable process redesign

I worked on a team to design an AI-powered Accounts Payable workflow using OCR and machine learning to automate invoice data extraction, vendor recognition, and GL encoding.

We added a rule based threshold within platform for recurring, low-risk vendors to cut down approval times and speed up payment processing.

To cut an extra costs, we implemented the proposed system with Integrated AI workflows into existing cloud-based SaaS platform(YOOZ), keeping it compatible with core system(Key Stone)

We evaluated AI adoption on business impact, projecting 50% ROI, 10k in annual savings, and 2-year payback period
